Are Segways easy to ride?  YES! We provide every rider personal instruction so that they feel comfortable before the tour. We keep our tours to a maximum of 5 riders so they can experience a tour with a small group and have personalized service.

What is the minimum Age?  14 is the minimum age.  Riders under 18 must have the Waiver signed by a parent or guardian.  That parent or guardian must be present prior to the start of the tour.

What is the maximum age?  There is not a maximum age.  As long as you can stand for an hour and step up and down without problems, you can ride.

What is the minimum weight?  100 lbs.

What is the maximum weight?  250 lbs.

Can pregnant women ride? No, pregnant women are restricted due to safety reasons.

What are the other conditions?  All riders must sign a Waiver and agree to the terms and conditions thereto.  All riders must understand instructions provided in english.  All riders must wear the helmet at all times while operating or standing on the Segway.

What should I wear?  Please dress comfortably.  Flip flops and high heels are not allowed for safety reasons. The weather can be unpredictable so we ask you to consider bringing outerwear in case of changing conditions.

Can I participate without making reservations?  We highly recommend making reservations on-line.  This will guarantee your gliding experience.  We will take walk-ups if there is a Segway available, but cannot guarantee you a spot.

What if it rains?  Segways do work in the rain.  We will cancel the tour if the weather prohibits an enjoyable experience.  If you have questions, please contact us.  Please see more information on our cancellation / refund policy at checkout.
